First-time FYE Mentors take a 3-credit EPSY 3020 course with Steve Jarvi and David Ouimette. The course explores all major issues surrounding the mentor experience including:

• Facilitating discussions
• Giving presentations
• Preparing lesson plans
• Student/mentor relationships
